Interesting experience
I had Sonia show me,and my support team through 16A Buchanan Place on an open home the first time. She was informative and answered any questions that we had. We left there and had a big discussion upon which I put an offer in I think fairly quickly. I then got the paperwork and took it to my solicitors office and from there progressed until it went unconditional last Thursday. I am looking forward to moving to my new home and thank you Sonia for all the communication you have had with me and wish you every success in your real estate career.

Sale made easy
This is our second time having della sell a house for us. On both times, she has done an incredible job. Couldn't be happier
Was awesome to be able to purchase this through a local agent, Tammy went out of her way on numerous occasions with viewings, assisting with getting curtains measured and even went in to measure the fridge alcove!! Tammy's knowledge and assistance has made a big purchase incredibly stress free.

Excellent Communication, Efficient and helpful from day one.

Fantastic result.
Della and Deb have both been fantastic to work with while selling my mums home. Della explained the whole process of listing and selling the house so that it was easy to understand and we knew what to expect at each step. We had plenty of warning of any private viewings coming up and after 1 week of being on the market she had buyers lined up and the house sold. Awesome results, very happy.
