Della was excellent at communicating with us exactly what was happening. She took the time to sit down with us and go over the sales and purchase agreement, made sure we understood everything that was in it and answered any questions we had. Interesting experience
I had Sonia show me,and my support team through 16A Buchanan Place on an open home the first time. She was informative and answered any questions that we had. We left there and had a big discussion upon which I put an offer in I think fairly quickly. I then got the paperwork and took it to my solicitors office and from there progressed until it went unconditional last Thursday. I am looking forward to moving to my new home and thank you Sonia for all the communication you have had with me and wish you every success in your real estate career.
