Gary brought us through 8 Bethells Road in February, we instantly loved this property! However there were a few issues that needed time to sort and Gary was so supportive of us through this time. Constantly in contact with us and the owners and he remained positive and professional at all times. We were able to finally purchase the property in July/August and we couldn't fault Gary and his support through those months, always approachable, friendly and positive. This property was exactly what we were looking for and is quite a rare find in Waitakere Township. He has great expertise and was always available to offer insight, but without being pushy in any way (which I found to be a constant annoyance with other estate agents in my area). About seven years later, I deliberately chose to use them to sell my property.
