He has great expertise and was always available to offer insight, but without being pushy in any way (which I found to be a constant annoyance with other estate agents in my area). About seven years later, I deliberately chose to use them to sell my property. I was a bit overwhelmed with the process of selling but they went above and beyond to help me sell, offered excellent insight and made the process relatively easy, which I really appreciated. The best part about dealing with Gary was his relaxed (not too relaxed!) easygoing manner. He wasn't pushy like other agents we meet with. Just an honest hard working bloke. Even after our house was sold and we had moved on, Gary still found ways to be helpful! Just superb

We had met Gary and Yolanda at an open home, but despite missing out due to several other offers, we secured another home in the same area through them. We were searching for our first home in the peak of the market, and having been very let down by other agents in the area, we were starting to give up on finding our forever home.
