After speaking to and receiving appraisals from 5 different agents from different Real estate firms it was a difficult decision to make. I believe local knowledge is most important and Gary Atkins is certainly the most prominent sales person in the area. Gary was very thorough in all aspects in obtaining a sale of our property. We were very pleased with the quality of the photos and videos and the advertising that Gary and the team at First National produced. We had good communication from Gary and his team throughout the sale process.
