Gary & Yolanda were recommended to us by close friends. We had them and several other agents come round. As soon as they left my husband and I agreed they were the agents for us. Gary brought us through 8 Bethells Road in February, we instantly loved this property! However there were a few issues that needed time to sort and Gary was so supportive of us through this time. Constantly in contact with us and the owners and he remained positive and professional at all times. We were able to finally purchase the property in July/August and we couldn't fault Gary and his support through those months, always approachable, friendly and positive. This property was exactly what we were looking for and is quite a rare find in Waitakere Township. We inlisted Gary to sell our family home of 30 years in Waitakere township.
