She acted lovely until I was there & saw the property...very revealing of her true character & motivations...Listing pics & description of this place when I bought was false...then spent over $25000.00 to a shambles company that she recommended/hired in order to get it even remotely liveable...and during the 7-8 weeks circus show of that Reno company escapades, she just happened to own a b&b that I could pay to stay at...(cost to me was $1500.00 cash for first couple weeks & then another $3450.00 paid out at settlement) ... I did discover eventually, through legal documenting, that this 'b&b' was not even a registered space... this meant $ 'under the table' to her!!! Next was the selling immediately after, when I felt she was not pricing w/water access accounted for & b4 it went to 'live' online she refused to adjust the price...next I felt she was just not working to my best interests in an under pressure situation for myself. It seemed like she was working more favourably to the potential buyer & when I tried to ? her as to why, she ignored answering...ultimately, I did find out through my own lawyer, that she was representing my buyer, in the sale of their Rotorua home, which would have given her a considerably larger % take for selling than mine...so, she made $ selling house to me, selling theirs, & selling mine to them at a low price for what it was renovated to & property size w/river access at back.. it was very unpleasant& over the top stressful to tolerate her money-grubbing manner all-round. I caught her in more than a dozen 'indiscretions' (semantics of words she chose at times or non-pertinent replies) as well as full on lies!!! She will be reported to the NZ real estate governing body... there must be some sort of monetary reckoning for her self-serving actions!
