Kellie was very knowledgeable in her discussions of the property and its value. I appreciated her honesty when discussing whether another property could be placed on the back section of the land. She kept consistent contact throughout our transaction and often touched base to see how we were progressing. Although Kellie represented the vendor, she was always offering help if we needed it. She was friendly and professional and we thought she did a fantastic job overall. We would work with her again and recommend her services.

Kellie – we love you!!! We were extremely nervous about listing our house in a slow market, but Kellie instantly reassured us we were in great hands. We understood the importance of investing in a good marketing package and were especially thrilled with our professional property video. Kellie executes them so well! You don’t watch her videos and think ‘that’s boring, or cringe’, they’re absolutely brilliant, and engaging! Our video had over 18,000 views on Facebook last time we checked, people came to our house because they saw it all over Facebook. She promises to make her clients stand out from the crowd, and she makes sure that follows throughout the campaign. Kellie listens to what you need/want. She’s not pushy and genuinely has your best interest at heart every step of the way. If you want to be kept in the loop, Kellie’s your gal! Immediately after our open homes, she would text us and let us know how many groups came through, followed by a thoroughly in-depth vendor report that same evening, or by Monday without fail with constant communication. She always let us know exactly what her conversation with the buyers were, and we loved that she rung every email enquiry, not just emailed them back to capture every inch of serious interest. She’s very straightforward, which we appreciated. The feedback from buyers and Kellie’s guidance made us realise we needed to lower our price expectations in order to get sold in the current market. After our 2-week deadline, we priced the property and were under contract within a week. We know Kellie is a tough negotiator, and were never left thinking “could we have sold for more”. She brought the best the market had and made our move happen sooner than sitting on the market for longer than we could, and we’re confident that Kellie worked her butt off to get results! Where do I start, Kellie your support through all of this journey with us getting the house ready for the market, just me and my daughters, having you cheer us on in the back ground and being proud of our every effort, was beyond amazing, I couldn't have done this without you! From the home visits taking time out of your life for us, thorough communication via phone email, making the cool advertising video with Dan, we loved it!
