I’ve been to numerous house viewings for the past few months and met many agents, however, I was informed multiple times from multiple agents that I should wait as my KiwiSaver hadn’t reached 3 years and my deposit wasn’t more than 20% of the house price. Then I went to a new house viewing and met Kellie. Kellie started to design how I could purchase a property in my current situation. I showed my expression to Kellie how much I liked the house and there you go bang! the next day, Kellie started to design how I could make my way to purchase the property. Kellie got in touch with my mortgage advisor and started to plan ahead. She explained with details when I asked her questions as I did not know what those hard words meant on the sales and purchase agreement. Understanding those conditions was pretty stressful, but Kellie kindly explained and guided us, Kellie also let us know from top to bottom what the procedure is and how the process is going to be which was really helpful.
