Terri was the agent for the house we recently purchased. She was friendly, open and easy to communicate - firstly at the open home where we met her, and then through out the process of making an offer and going unconditional. Terri is down to earth, practical, knowledgeable about the industry and an all round genuine person, who we felt very comfortable working with. Some of the agents we have met while out looking have either looked at the car we pulled up in and decided we weren't a serious buyer, or were just ticking the boxes with an open home. Terri was neither of these. We were so happy with Terri's professionalism and dedication to getting the property sold, that we have asked her to list our property too.

Jackie made us comfortable from our first meeting and didn't disappoint over the three months of marketing. There are many moving parts to the sale process and as we weren't located in Tauranga, Jackie managed to coordinate everything, so that what is quite a stressful time, was as stress free and simple as possible.
