Living out of the area I asked for a recommendation for an Agent, from an ex- colleague in the industry. He was quick to direct me to Owen and his team and I am forever grateful he did. The team made the remote-led process of selling our home, completely painless and seamless, which was much appreciated given we were in a different time zone for a lot of the campaign and Auction. Their communication was clear and timely, with regular updates. Requirements were clear and given with room to deliver from my end. The entire team worked to achieve the successful outcome (in a challenging market), even working to coordinate trades that were needed on-site before the sale. Their recommendations for supporting services (Builders, cleaners, lawyers etc) were equally as impressive, with little to no stress on us.
