I felt I could work with Jackie right from the first time I met her. It was clear she had a good relationship with the vendor for whom she was working but as the buyer I never felt she was pressuring me. She always answered even minor questions in good time and sent helpful emails as needed. It was great to know she knew the area I was buying in and could give good advice about it. She obviously knew her trade and made me feel relaxed about moving ahead to auction and all the processes involved. A happy and straight forward experience for me from start to finish.
