What can you say about someone who had 4 siblings to deal with and them never agreeing. Jackie stayed in there and it wasn't easy for her. Jackie communicated with us regularly and her knowledge of what needed to be done to secure a sale for the property was outstanding. We were all finally in agreement and took Jackie’s advice and the Section sold. She is very professional . I would certainly contact Jackie in the future if needing an agent and recommend her to others.

Jackie kept in touch as was needed to let Mum and I know what was happening at every step with weekly updates. When we had agreements on the house Jackie kept in touch letting us know where the sale of the other house was at so we could make plans for Mum. Jackie is knowledgeable about the local real estate market and nothing is a problem for her.

Ranjith is a great and the best agent in all dimensions. Firstly his communications and followups.. there was no "please dont call me afterhours" attitude. Anytime, calls will be answered or returned. He was also a mentor in our purchase. We had options and was open to discuss all the pros and cons not just "here you go- take it or leave!" He actually helped us to think will this be a right fit to our family. He arranged us our solicitors, geotech reports etc. Stood on our side with the vendor reasonably while negotiating. Zero negative experiences tbh. Definitely or highly recommended..
