We have worked with Tracey & Trevor before and were happy to do so again. My personal preference was to have an agent who ‘loved our home’ to find new owners who would love it also. When Tracey & Trevor arrived to do an appraisal Tracey stood at the top step looking out at the view and said “oh I love this home”, that was my tick of approval. Discussion about the sales process and ideas to present the house were confirmation for us that this team would do justice to helping us move on. What can I say, I first met Tracey and Trevor way back in 2020 and at that point didn't even know when I was going to be in a position to sell. I decided after meeting them that I was going to stick with them and didn't want any other agents representing me. 3.5 years later I was finally able to go to market and without Tracey and Trevor's guidance, reassurance and patience (especially dealing with my never ending emails and questions), I have just sold after only 36 days on the market for full asking price. I cannot recommend them highly enough, they are extremely professional and they know the market inside and out, not to mention they are brutally honest which is sometimes hard to hear. I can honestly say that without Tracey and Trevor on board none of this would have been possible. I found Tracy and Trevor very supportive, understanding and they knew the market well. After speaking to a few agents I found I was bombarded with emails and calls and hassled all day everyday which I did not like. Trevor and Tracey however sent me one email with all their information on and I had an appraisal with them and decided to go with them instantly. Not only were they very easy to talk to and understand our circumstances they helped us to get the house quickly on the market. Due to the current housing market it was up for sale for a while but sure enough we got the house sold and at a price we were both very happy with. Tracey is a very clever agent- she knew all the ins and outs of her properties she showed us and was able to answer all our questions straight away. She lives locally to the area we bought in, so has a thorough knowledge of the market, and is not just selling houses but choosing the people she wants as her neighbours! Tracey and Trevor both have excellent communication and we were kept notified at all times of all developments in regards to our purchase.
