Trust. Being in safe hands. Honesty.

Having only ever sold one home 30 years ago, was slightly apprehensive about the giant step i was about to make Mel instantly put me at ease - absorbing any concern i may have harboured ; her honesty, compassion, interest support and respect added up to an extremely smooth process. She kept me informed constantly, inviting my opinion. I felt safe, respected and looked after during the very brief time it took for my home to sell. Mel certainly understood my circumstances and allowed me to view property immediately.

At all stages during the purchase she was extremely professional and even the prior to settlement inspection, she actually had a check list of what I should be looking at. Never have I had this before. During negotiations she listened and accurately conveyed information to/from both parties. Very easy to deal with. Yes, would recommend her.

Great Communication, Stylish sales Woman

Mels professional style, her vast knowledge in the real estate industry was next to none. Her flare for the sale of the house, styling, photography, drone videos are amazing. Mel sold our house when other homes, on our Street have been on the market for some time. As older people we had no problem understanding what was going on. You wont be dissapointed with Mel at Colab.
