Alison's knowledge of marketing strategy assisted us to make the necessary adjustments and counteroffers till a disappointingly lower (but still acceptable) pricepoint was negotiated. Furthermore, although the negotiation process was somewhat complicated due to matters beyond both our controls (our buyer kept trying to communicate all the negotiations through their solicitor and leave the sales team out of the loop), communication within our team was actively maintained and feedback to us was prompt.
