After being notified that my tenants had given notice, I reached out to Caroline Yau & Steve Williams, who I purchased this property through in 2017. Their reporting was almost daily, either by email, WhatsApp, WeChat or phone calls. At every step of the way I knew what was happening on the ground with my property.
