Recent property purchase with the Bastin Group
I have had a great experience dealing with the Bastin Group. This marks my 6th property purchase and by far i have had the best buyers experience with this most recent purchase, all thanks to the Bastin Group. Andre is an effective communicator with a can do attitude and always willing to go that extra mile for his clients. Amy has also been very helpful and has played a valuable part in this process. While i have only meet Brent the once - his enthusiasm and cutting edge videos shows how he has been successful in the real estate space in Tauranga. I think the success from this group comes from their willingness to work with buyers, providing great service, while the agent works for the vendor, I feel I have received the same level of service. I'm currently in the process of selling two rental properties, i hope my agent works just as closely with the buyers to provide a overall good experience for them, as that is what it is all about the whole process is an experience. From good experiences comes good referrals and recommendations (word of mouth). Keep it up Bastin Group.

Deborah made the process so simple, especially being based overseas and having tenants in place.
As a first-time seller, I was very anxious about the whole process and the unknown. Not only this, but I am based overseas. Deborah was extremely helpful and took my worries away. The property had tenants in place, Deborah also took over communicating with my property manager. She made the whole process very easy from start to finish and I was kept in the loop at all times. Deborah was very great at communicating and making time for me outside of the usual hours. I will most certainly be contacting Deborah for future sales.

Brent and the team were amazing, we were aways informed on what was happening, interest in the house and feedback from potential buyers. Communication was spot on, we always felt like we came first as the seller. Thank you all for helping us sell our house will use you again next time
