Right from the beginning Pam and Ben showed determination, great knowledge, skill and experience for this as a rural sale and offered us excellent advice in order to achieve the best outcome possible. The whole experience felt much more personal than we expected and we would also like to shout out to Miriam (office manager) who also provided priceless advice through the process, especially surrounding the Pre-auction offer scenario.
