Andre and the entire Bastin Group really made this the easiest and most successful house sale we've ever had! In a market that provides some interesting results at the moment we had the full support of the Bastin Group and Tremains when it came to information, strategy, negotiation and, most of all, honesty. They are a bunch of fun to deal with, we loved the good joke or 2 on the WhatsApp channel they set up for our property! We were updated with any changes or interest as it happened. But also they were not afraid to try a couple of different things to get more buyers to the property and get us in to a situation where buyers were actively competing for it. We got a premium price for our property through their expert negotiation on the day, it was significantly above what we expected! During the selling process they were also actively looking and contacting the Tremains network to enquire on listings that might suit us that were coming live to market.
