Hunter has been amazing to work with in selling our home. I felt heard and really appreciated the open communication around decisions. When changes needed to be made in marketing Hunter was able to give examples of how particular strategies were working in others areas and why he felt it would be a good move in the sale of our home. When it came time for negotiations around sale price again there was amazing communication and because of the open communication I never felt uneasy about the negotiations.
