We met Lance as the agent from a property we fell in love with and put in an offer. He was excellent to deal with and answered any questions promptly Lance was very informative and assisted us the whole way through to a conditional offer. We then used Lance for an appraisal on our house that we had to sell, and decided to sign up with Lance for selling our place too. Using Lance to sell our place was the best thing we could've done. Lance was great and professional throughout the whole experience. Initially he talked us through our sales options and together we decided on the strategy going forward. Really like the online presence him and his team has created and feel it gets the information out to a broader audience. He kept us informed from open homes and feedback from perspective buyers. He was very honest with us about where the market was sitting and worked extremely hard to get the deal done for us and even a back up offer. We would definitely use Lance again.
