Great experience for a first home buyer
As a a first home buyer, I didn’t have a lot of knowledge about properties. Luckily, I met Lance who is extremely supportive, guided me through the process and made it smoothly. Easy, thorough, supportive
Lance (Beddoes and Co) took over the sale of my house after the first agent/agency struggled to. Lance was straight up from the get go and kept me thoroughly informed throughout the whole process, albeit a short process. Lance and the team found a buyer for my house within 3 days of going back on the market. I wish I had signed with them initially and will definitely work with Lance and the team the next time I want to sell/buy. Thank You!

Lance got the result we never thought was possible
Lance is very professional, friendly and honest. He kept us up to date and well informed throughout the whole process even while we were overseas. Having had other properties around us sit on the market for over 6mths we knew we were in for a long haul. However along comes Lance and gets our property sold in 2wks.
