Lance wasnt pushy or what you would expect in a salesperson, let you make your assumptions and informed us of what we asked for without the trying to make it sound to good to be true spiel. Have had great follow up comms since deal was sealed and sent us a gift in congradulations of winning the house (multipile buyers situation)

From the start of the campaign to the finish, Lance and Briar were amazing, keeping us informed after each open home, overnight enquires and private viewings. We completed our sale in 25 days and got a price that was at the top end of the appraisal. Briar sold our house at auction at a challenging time for buying and selling real estate - over the Christmas/New Year period. She was considerate of the stress of selling a house.
