Can achieve what others can’t!
Lance was a dream to deal with from the moment he came and appraised our home. The daunting task of selling a townhouse in this market was softened with the quick communication, bullet marketing and prompt action. He delivered a result that has allowed us an opportunity to find our next home. So many agents are surprised when I mention our result - but we aren’t! Down to Earth, Informative and Genuine, made us feel at ease.
Lance wasnt pushy or what you would expect in a salesperson, let you make your assumptions and informed us of what we asked for without the trying to make it sound to good to be true spiel. Have had great follow up comms since deal was sealed and sent us a gift in congradulations of winning the house (multipile buyers situation)

Lance is excellent
We used Lance in January 2026 to sell our house in Te Atatu Peninsula, but our relationship actually started in 2023. Lance has been fantastic in his communication and has a strong people led approach. Lance was honest, stuck to his word, and really coached us through the entire process to ensure we got the best outcome. We would highly recommend Lance to anyone selling, and we already have! Total professional experience from appraisal to completed sale.
From the start of the campaign to the finish, Lance and Briar were amazing, keeping us informed after each open home, overnight enquires and private viewings. We completed our sale in 25 days and got a price that was at the top end of the appraisal. Even with a few little sticky points to get the unconditional Lance and his team managed that and we went unconditional when we expected too. I highly recommend Lance and his team to sell your property and get the dollar amount you expect.

Brilliant communication and professionalism
Briar sold our house at auction at a challenging time for buying and selling real estate - over the Christmas/New Year period. She was considerate of the stress of selling a house. We had dogs and kids so only having open homes once a week worked very well for us. We sold with a price we were happy with and she made whole experience seem easy. We are very happy with the result.
