Neil has been a godsend from start to finish. Always happy to oblige with non technical people like ourselves and nothing has been too much. Have appreciated how easy he has made everything for us. Grt guy.

Selling a property is always stressful...
Selling a property is always a stressful experience regardless of how the market is performing so we wanted to thank you for getting our sale across the line in this ‘more challenging’ economic climate. I believe working as a team really offers your clients more in terms of service and probably a better work/life balance for yourselves which is important to be able to continue to provide consistent client support. You have different approaches and personalities which I believe gives you a wider reach in regards to building client relationships and finding different buyers as some personalities work better with others.

Lea went above and beyond
Selling our family bach was such a big step for us. We’d owned it for 17 years, and had many happy memories of holidays there. Lea was so respectful of this history and guided us gently with warmth and empathy throughout the whole sale process. She went above and beyond a typical real estate agent’s duties – she staged our house beautifully, communicated frequently and even made dinner (and a log fire!) for a couple who drove to and from Auckland one rainy, cold night to view the property. She built strong relationships with potential buyers and managed the difficult balancing act of achieving a sale price that both we and the buyers were delighted with. Ultimately we felt that we hadn’t lost the bach, but had simply passed it on to the next people who committed to love and treasure it. Never over promised and always over delivered
Lea was a thorough joy to work with, right from her initial visit with us in August through to the exciting auction result. She never over promised and always over delivered. She quietly toiled away working with all the purchasers and kept us informed almost daily. Our phones were so busy she'll be pleased I've gone! I was impressed with her thoughtful answers and solutions to my queries and her diligent business approach to all the legal matters. No box was left un-ticked I have bought and sold over 14 homes over the years and Lea stands out as the most professional salesperson I've ever worked with. There's been some goodies too: Wallace's, Rainbow, MacDonald to name a few. The outstanding result is testament to her passion and dedication to the job. Richard also brought a very relaxed and professional and approach to the table and we also appreciated his visit to the Bach a few weeks ago. At the end of the process we felt like lea was part of the family!
Lea did a fantastic job of selling our Cooks Beach property. We were encouraged to seek her out on the recommendation of a number of people in the area and within minutes of meeting her we knew we wanted her to represent us. From the outset she told us it wouldn't be easy as there were some complicating factors with the property however she went on to explain the options and strategies available to us and the way she would approach marketing etc. We went through many ups and downs, including a global pandemic!, but the whole way through Lea remained positive, reassuring, encouraging and professional and always sought out the positive in difficult situations. By the end of the process we felt like she was a part of the family. Lea is one of the hardest working and most committed people I've met. She never gave up on us and never allowed us to give up either. If you are looking for someone to sell your property I can't recommend her enough!
