Alana was always prompt on answering my questions and went the extra mile to make me and my partner comfortable with the purchase. We were only in Whitianga for couple of days yet she made us feel at home which made us go that little extra at auction. During the auction she kept me updated while I was on the other side of the Tasman (SYD) with what was happening and not once did I feel pressured in the purchase.
