Over the holiday period when we were experiencing expected time lags in viewing properties Sharon was always available and went above and beyond. I’m not sure she keeps any hours as “out of office” hours. She had full knowledge of what was on the market in Wanaka and made the whole process quick and easy. There is no doubt she had the full trust of her vendors and was very aware of their needs.

I’m tough to please when it comes to realtors. That said, Sharon is one of the best! Honest, transparent, pragmatic, a straight-shooter, helpful, very well connected in the area. High EQ, quickly reads client communication style preferences and adjusts. We feel really lucky to have worked with her as she made a pretty stressful process (buying while overseas) go as smoothly as possible. We sold an empty section and a house with Scott, and had a great experience both times. They were very different sales; the lot went quickly and we were able to get a good price by getting multiple offers. The house took a long time due to the current market. We appreciated Scott's friendliness, communication and organization in both sales. We always felt that we were getting honest guidance and never felt pressured.
