Her negotiating skills prior to signing the contract were direct and precise, therefore we knew exactly where we stood. Her response time in finalising the contract was very professional and quick. Sharon and Jamie are a great team with a good back office behind them. Always pleasant and available, they have a thorough knowledge of the Wanaka market and trustful relationships with their clients. We benefitted from this in both the selling and buying of property in Wanaka and appreciated their personal approach. Jamie was also helpful (and patient!) in dealing with issues on the ground while we were overseas for several months, including the negotiation process and paperwork. The weekly updates during the sale period were also useful and provided market context for any questions that we wanted to follow up on, to which Jamie was always responsive.
