Woodrow was fantastic throughout the process. When showing me through homes, he was never persuasive or pushy. He was honest, grounded, and genuinely understood what I was looking for. He encouraged some out-of-the-box thinking and helped me see different possibilities and boundaries, but always in a way that felt supportive rather than forceful. His tone never changed depending on my level of interest, which I really appreciated. Overall, Woodrow is a kind and genuine person, and someone I’d happily sit at the pub with exchanging stories. I’d highly recommend him.

Sharon was professional in all aspects of the sale, she has a deep knowledge of property in the Wanaka area and a wide contact base. Communication was great with weekly updates and messages for every open day and viewing. Good suggestions and modifications to encourage more interest. Sharon worked hard to get the sale away and advocated for the best achievable sales price. She also has a great team around her to support every aspect.
