As we live in another city, I arranged with Sharon to view some houses on a brief visit to Wanaka. All communication with her was excellent and when I arrived, she had organised to see a number of houses fitting with the criteria we'd discussed - including the house we eventually bought. She also arranged a video viewing for a house that came to market just as we started our search but for which it was not possible to organise an onsite viewing during my visit.
