We have enjoyed our sales interaction with Matt and Bayleys Wanaka. Despite our time tables and locations not converging during the sale my wife and I were able to complete the sale process simply and remotely due to Bayleys online documentation tools. This streamlined and straightforward process removed the stress for us which we, as remote owners appreciated greatly. Matt has been undeniably professional throughout our sale from his initial contact advising us of an unsolicited offer through to achieving a great result when the sale was finalised. If we had another property in Wanaka to sell we would definitely engage Matt to get another great result for us.
