Andrew took on a real estate career with Bayleys following eight years in rural wholesale finance. Five of those years were spent lending and working with intensive arable and dairy businesses in the Mid Canterbury, and three years working with sheep and beef, dairy and arable back here in the Wairarapa. Having been brought up in the district before heading to Smedley Station in the Hawke's Bay, Lincoln University in Christchurch and working in Mid Canterbury, Andrew knows the Wairarapa district extremely well and is farming in a small capacity in his own right. With his background in banking he understands farming and business and is passionate about assisting farming businesses achieve their next goals. For the most part this includes selling the prized asset so that the next step can be achieved, or growing the business by purchasing more farmland. Positive journey
