Hayden knows his market. He is sensitive to the expectations of a vendor who might have different perceptions as to the value of the property. He was very diplomatic but clear putting forward his perception of what he saw as the market reality. As he is experienced and knowledgeable a vendor such as myself sits up and listens. One only sits up and listens when one perceives that the person delivering the message has no agenda based on his own interests.
