Very relatable guy with great market knowledge
Jacob is a good listener who took the time to understand what we were trying to achieve. He gave us sound advice in a very difficult market which led to a sale. Nothing was too much trouble and he kept an eye on the place while we were off island. He was clear about what we needed to do and offered suggestions around the marketing strategy which we adopted.

Hayden was always available with his time and knowledge through the whole buying process.
Before I bought the property we continually visited the site asking questions. Hayden had an accurate and deep understanding of the island and the property we were interested in. His time was our time, making us feel at ease and important. Great communicator, straight up and always with a positive energy. Thanks for a memorable time.

Great to work with and really communicative
We had a really great experience working with Hayden. He was super communicative throughout the whole process and always kept us in the loop, which made things feel a lot easier. He was happy to run as many open homes as needed and worked hard to get plenty of people through the house. He also gave really helpful advice when it came to negotiation and the best tactics during the sale. Overall he was great to deal with, very proactive, and clearly put in the effort to get the best result. We’d happily recommend him to anyone selling their home.

Above and beyond
Hayden went above and beyond to get this house sold for us. Helping stage it for pre marketing viewings in 3 hours and was a consistent communicator throughout the process. Sold in record time for a good price, I’d recommend him to assist with the sale of your property any day of the week, because he’d be there!

After doing our due diligence and interviewing three agents we knew from our very first meeting with Hayden that we were in good hands. Good communicator, enthusiastic
Hayden was very nice to deal with. He was enthusiastic about the property and remained optimistic over the long period that the house was on the market. He displayed good market knowledge and made suggestions which eventually led to the house being sold. We highly recommend him and would call on him again if we were buying or selling property.
