Jacob is a good listener who took the time to understand what we were trying to achieve. He gave us sound advice in a very difficult market which led to a sale. Nothing was too much trouble and he kept an eye on the place while we were off island. He was clear about what we needed to do and offered suggestions around the marketing strategy which we adopted.

Having sold a few properties overseas in Australia l;ast year, the final one in NZ on Waiheke was an absolute breath of fresh air. Holly and Mandy really worked hard, were extremely pleasant and made the sale process smooth and easy. We had a really great experience working with Hayden. He was super communicative throughout the whole process and always kept us in the loop, which made things feel a lot easier. He was happy to run as many open homes as needed and worked hard to get plenty of people through the house. He also gave really helpful advice when it came to negotiation and the best tactics during the sale. Overall he was great to deal with, very proactive, and clearly put in the effort to get the best result. We’d happily recommend him to anyone selling their home.
