Once Stephen had a buyer and an agreement he completely shut us out of communication and acted as if property was his prior to settlement. He needs some competition in the area.

We had visited the section while over in NZ. When we returned to Western Australia we decided to contact Stephen to say we were interested in the section. Stephen was very knowledgeable about the area and assisted with the sale and answered any questions we had. Even after the sale went through and we were not returning to NZ for a while. Stephen kept in touch and was there to answer any questions we had on the section. His assistance was ongoing even after the sale.

Steve was an excellent agent throughout the whole process of finding and buying a property in Whareroa. He is very knowledgeable about homes and prices in the area and was very easy to communicate with. Steve was flexible with making time to view homes, we were never left waiting for information or updates, and all with a smile on his face.
