Maurice made purchasing a property relaxed and easy .
Looking at several properties in Turangi, Maurice was great to deal with. He has a really good understanding of what the market is doing at any given time. He is without doubt one of the best communicators we have dealt with in Real Estate, being clear, concise and focused on the key things around a property. One interesting point around Maurice's showing is his attention to detail, ensuring that all the "little things" in a property are pointed out and explained knowledgeably. When it came to negotiating on the property we purchased, Maurice acted really well between us and the purchaser meaning that we were kept informed through the process whether we were aiming about right or not in a non-pressuring way. Offers were presented speedily and returned same. In summary, Maurice would be one of the most genuine and honest agents we have had the pleasure of dealing with and we have dealt with plenty.
