Maurice made purchasing a property relaxed and easy .
Looking at several properties in Turangi, Maurice was great to deal with. He has a really good understanding of what the market is doing at any given time. He is without doubt one of the best communicators we have dealt with in Real Estate, being clear, concise and focused on the key things around a property. One interesting point around Maurice's showing is his attention to detail, ensuring that all the "little things" in a property are pointed out and explained knowledgeably. When it came to negotiating on the property we purchased, Maurice acted really well between us and the purchaser meaning that we were kept informed through the process whether we were aiming about right or not in a non-pressuring way. Offers were presented speedily and returned same. In summary, Maurice would be one of the most genuine and honest agents we have had the pleasure of dealing with and we have dealt with plenty. His integrity and professionalism are second to none and accordingly we would recommend him to everyone either buying or selling.

Excellent from beginning to end.

Excellent communication every step of the way.
I live in Auckland. Stacey was excellent. Answered my questions as this was my first time for me selling my house. She always let me know that the lawns needed cutting, I asked her to check on the shrubs and hedges, they needed cutting. Stacey was only to happy to organise everything. Told me when they were done and how great it looked. Stacey always went the extra mile to help me sell my house. Her negotiation skills, fantastic. AAA+
