Passionate and goes above and beyond
Sam obviously had a great passion for what she does. She was very helpful and went above and beyond leading up to and throughout the sale of the property. She was very organised and methodical, and made what could be a rather stressful process seem easy and hassle-free. I’m very grateful to her and the team and would recommend Sam to anyone looking to sell their property.

An absolutely amazing experience made so easy by Alison and her team.
I was introduced to Alison by my long time friend and Bayley's agent Gary Harwood, after telling Gary I was executor of my parents estate and was wanting to sell the family home, he assured me Alison was the best person for the job, I was not disappointed, from the very first meeting with Alison and Gary I felt instantly at ease and was able to step back and let Alison and her team take control and guide me through the process, they were constantly in communication with me and let me know everything that was happening, Alison and her team made what was an extremely stressful task for me an enjoyable experience and achieved an incredible result, the auction was exciting online viewing, Grant Bayley was awesome and the whole experience from start to auction was fantastic. I can't recommend Alison highly enough and will definitely be using Alison and Bayley's Taupo again, many thanks' to Gary Harwood for recommending her.

Awesome to deal with, great communicator
From the outset, Sam was right there with us. Communicated with us about the Taupo market, what to expect at auction and walked us through the whole process. Even with a long settlement Sam continued to communicate with us right up to and on the day of move in. Highly recommend Sam, she is friendly and approachable and goes above and beyond to help her clients.

A great experience with Alison - she never gives up!!
We really appreciate Alison finally selling our holiday house at Hatepe. We have been trying to sell for many years. Alison became our agent 2016. She has worked really hard all the years since to pull off a sale, so much so that I feel her commission is probably insufficient reward for all the time she has put in! We have no hesitation in recommending her for the tireless way she has gone about her work, always with a smile and so pleasant to deal with. Without reservation, we highly recommend her.

Home sale Taupo
Our experience overall was positive. Claire was very professional and there was minimal disruption throughout the experience. We achieved a good price. One criticism was around the lack of advice regarding sale type. In hindsight we think we may well have achieved a better price by taking the property to auction. Sales were going thick and fast at the time and we think now we would probably have got a better price at auction. We certainly agreed to the sale price so it could be argued we were happy to have achieved the result we did. Despite this the process was easy (but it should be for the value realised for the Estate agents and Bayleys).
