Kind, helpful and so knowledgeable!
Clare was super helpful from the moment she met us when we expressed our need to buy. She brought our attention to houses we may not have otherwise considered, which resulted in our recent purchase of our family home. She kept us in the loop every step of the way, was extremely supportive at the auction, and the whole process was clear and easy (ish!) because of her communication skills and approachability. Professional & approachable.
Clare & Grant had the listing of an exceptional home in Acacia Bay we brought at auction Dec 2020. We were super nervous about the whole process. They worked had to negotiate the take over date with their vendors prior to the auction which we greatly appreciated. Clare put us at ease before the auction with her friendly personality and were both genuinely happy for us after the purchase was made. Grant was quick to recognize our individual situation during the purchase process (as it was handed in) and gave us time and space accordingly to discuss our options privately. Grant and Clare are old friends!
From the time we told Clare / Grant we were returning to Taupo, they did everything in their power to help us. They arranged rental accommodation, and showed us houses that they knew we would like. Yes, the asking price was higher than we expected to pay, but they were exceptional times, and the house is great. Many thanks once more Annie and Peter
