We were initially unsure whether to list our house given the current state of the market, but we knew that if we were going to Team Mayhew would be the only agents to use. They sold another house of ours two years ago under similar circumstances with a rapidly falling market. That time we had a sale in under 6 wks. Team Mayhew provided invaluable advice on all fronts. Sue is extremely passionate about real estate and has been in the industry a very long time. She has impeccable eye for detail and loves to play around with plants/ornaments/staging etc to make the place look its very best. Nic, Sue and Anna all bring different qualities to the team but are equally as great with communication. Buyers and vendors naturally feel comfortable in their presence. There’s nothing worse than pushy agents but they have an ability to push just enough to get the outcomes but not be annoying. They are honest people who want to do the best for everyone involved. Within one week of our place being on the market we had a signed contract. Two weeks later the house was sold. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and highly recommend Team Mayhew to anyone thinking of putting their home on the market.

We engaged Team Mayhew to sell my elderly mother's old house, as we had had previous satisfactory experience as a purchaser, via our daughter and they are well connected in the area. The process from beginning to end was quick and efficient. We chose to go with a deadline sale process and happily had four serious offers on the 3rd week, one of which we accepted, so a good outcome in a difficult market. The house was not perfect as old and run down but Team Mayhew worked with us to make it as appealing as possible to prospective owners, supplying some of her linen, plants and props. Communication was as never received from other agents we have used - it was timely and comprehensive.

Blair was our key contact in an outstanding team from Bayleys. He clearly knows the area/market and developed an effective plan to get to the target market for the property. His recommendations included some internal and external work to enhance the presentation. Although our timeline to get to market was tight, Blair was able to organise very good tradespeople to get the work done to a high standard and on time. Potential purchasers consistently commented on the quality of the presentation. Blair’s communication was excellent. We were always kept informed of progress and he made excellent suggestions about changes in the messaging in response to market feedback. In the end we got a sale in a tough market with lots of competition. I have no doubt this result was due to the outstanding professionalism of Blair and his team and I would thoroughly recommend him.
