Blair made the sale of my house an enjoyable experience. He had a calm and knowledgable approach explaining the options for selling my property and guiding me through the whole process from first meeting to the end result. On Blairs advice I went to auction. Blair put together an incredible video to showcase my property and an equally good advertising campaign. From the advertising and Blairs hard work we recorded the highest numbers attending any open home for the North Shore at the first open home. At auction my house sold under the hammer for above what I was expecting. I will be recommending Blair to anyone looking at selling their property.
