Throughout the sales process Blair kept us well informed and was a proactive communicator; he would reach out regularly to keep us up to date and let us know what the next steps would be. We live in a different city to the house we were selling so it was great to know we had someone 'on the ground' who we trusted to run the sales process for us. Blair also did a great job liaising with our tenants, who lived in the home we were selling, to ensure they were kept in the loop regarding inspections and open homes. Overall, Blair is a great agent and I would recommend him to other Vendors.

Nic and Sue have been an absolute pleasure to work with. We now live overseas so we couldn’t make it to the house before selling it and they spent many hours at our house making sure it was looking good for the buyers. And it looked amazing. They were super responsive, always made sure we knew what all the legal information meant, talked us clearly through all of the pros and cons of each situation and made us feel really comfortable with the process. They were also super transparent with feedback and their thoughts which made making any decisions easier. We are so happy with the outcome but we will definitely miss working with Nic and Sue 👏🏼
