We first met Fay when she was associated with another company. Fay showed initiative and maintained contact with us despite an extended period of time between when we first toyed with the idea of selling and actually deciding to go to market. Her market knowledge was excellent but at the same time she was humble enough to say when she didn't know something and within 24 hours had answers for us. We purchased a Display Home with a lease back through Urszula. She was most helpful in assisting us through this process, which is more complicated that a simple purchase. There were a few small issues to be negotiated, and her assistance in the background was appreciated.
