As a seller, he and his team can provide an estimated value of the sale property based on the latest market survey. From this point, I would like to say he is fully responsible to his client. That is fair to both of seller and buyer. More than that, since I assigned him and his team to sell one of my properties, he dealt almost everything on my behalf including the refund of bond from the developer. This is the second time I have had Urszula and Hayley sell a house for me. Both times they have been very knowledgeable and very supportive. They helped me get the house ready for market - they have lots of contacts to help you get your place ready. They are easy to talk to, friendly, and open, throughout the process. It took a lot longer than we all anticipated and they were just great. They worked tirelessly with holding open homes and there was always some interest. Always open to my views and ideas. They have a great knowledge of the area, and a big bonus is they both live in the area so know all pros and cons. Would happily recommend them to sell your property- they get the job done and do it so nicely. They have been a pleasure to work with.

The building report highlighted an issue that needed to be resolved and her communication required between us and the vendor meant she was certainly kept busy.
