Steffan got the job done. He was professional and personable, and, overall, great to deal with. The property sold promptly and we were satisfied with the outcome. Communication was very good; prompt and professional. Market knowledge was great. All in all, Steffan was a great choice to sell the property.

With Steffan recently selling our property we found that his knowledge of the industry was first class. He guided us through the process stress free. His delivery of the process and pit falls that have to be avoided helped us. We were able to contact him at any hour and he would pop around later to reassure us.

We had confidence in Lydia right from the start of the process. I had talked with Lydia some months earlier about the possibility of selling our property and was pleased when she followed up to see if we were still interested. She assessed the property and immediately saw the potential for a vendor looking for an attractive lifestyle property. The price range she estimated was right on target and a sale resulted within a very short time of the property going on the market. Lydia and her team have been great to work with.

I trusted Steffan's guidance from the beginning of sale of my home and so pleased I did. He advised on the best method for sale, remained in touch with me throughout the whole process and I cannot recommend him highly enough to anyone wanting to sell their home. A very pleasant, caring young man who wants the best results for vendors and works hard to achieve.

We had our property listed with another agency for 5 months with no result. We moved our listing to Steffan and within a few weeks we had the property sold. Steffan was very helpful with the entire process and we would have no hesitation in using his services again if required or recommending him.

We loved working with Lydia, she's a great, professional realtor, there's not many of them :-) She sold our house in the first week on the market for the price that we wanted. Very helpful in every way. Thanks Lydia
