And do you know what? Without Steffan there is no way we would have made it. If you knew me you would know that if i say he has been simply outstanding you would know what a compliment that is. So bear with me as I tell you the story. We come from the UK and have a healthy mis-trust of real estate agents as a result. When we moved here 10 years ago our initial interactions with NZ based estate agents did nothing to make us think things would be different here. Then I met Steffan through my work and we became friends first. When we decided to sell our own home and a rental property I was nervous about using Steffan, worried our friendship might suffer, but his professionalism and style assured me I could trust him. He has been nothing but professional, committed, positive when things went wrong (and they went really wrong with our house through no fault of Steffans), always contactable, and when I was getting stressed he was calm, thoughtful and on to it before I had thought of it. One time he was at our house until 10.30pm hammering a deal out for us. I like his 'no bullshit' style, often I feel real estate agents seem to think it's all about them, with big egos, big pictures of them outside houses for sale and turning up in big flash cars. None of that from Steffan, just good honest old fashioned customer service and doing what he said he would do. He is a credit to your company, I will be recommending him to whomever asks me about him, he's exactly the sort of salesman needed in these modern times, the flashy ones just don't fit in right now. So thank you Steffan, from the bottom of our hearts, we now own our dream 'forever' house, because you were able to sell our two houses (for good money too might i add - ha ha). I guess the ultimate seal of approval is, I'm happy to pay your fees, and don't feel over charged.
