Exceeded all expectations from first meeting to the property sold. Caring, committed, professional

Melissa was wonderful to work with. She was always professional, knowledgeable and cheerful, and obviously loves what she does. I felt comfortable with her from our first meeting. She was thorough in explaining all my options, and the pros and cons of each in relation to my property. This, with her guidance, enabled me to choose the best method of sale. Her previous experience ensured the property was tastefully marketed, while ensuring maximum exposure. This was reflected in the large number of people attending the open homes or coming for private viewings in what is perceived to be a challenging market. Melissa kept me informed throughout the campaign and was always available to answer my queries and alleviate concerns through what can be a stressful time. She was deeply respectful of my situation and honored my privacy. I felt she also extended this respect and care to the people coming to view the property. Outstanding communications, professionalism and attention to detail - Highly recommended

It's hard to find a Real Estate agent more professional, helpful and knowledgeable! We've sold several properties over the years, never had such comprehensive and courteous service, intelligent and helpful inputs to guide the marketing strategy, and excellent guidance to help with negotiations. His advice on presentation of the property and the information provided to prospective purchasers was spot-on. Selling in this market is difficult, but against all odds, Chester found two well qualified buyers; and we settled on auction day, at a realistic price. He followed up all inquiries from prospective purchasers and kept us very well informed about their circumstances and their appetite to buy. Where there were possible reservations, he worked quickly to provide evidence to reassure them. We were impressed that Chester went the extra mile in his communications and timing, to both us and the purchaser. Always prompt, reliable and well-informed, Chester worked exceptionally hard to get this sale across the line. We are already taking to him about another two properties that we will be looking to sell in future.
