Mike has been amazing to work with, from the minute I contacted him for advice, right up to the sale of our property. Really genuine guy, professional, great with communication and went out of his way to accommodate and make things easy for us. Highly recommend him. MANY challenges were faced while selling our home including the sudden 2 week COVID lockdown which impacted severely on our auction ! We went over to price by negotiation, open homes and carried on the the normal way. We found the process extremely challenging. It was a challenging sale which brings me to Mike who trough determination, knowledge, persistence, lots and lots of patience came to the party and eventually made it happen !! The challenges were not of his making but no doubt ... the outcome and solutions was ! In the end the purchasing of our next home were also handled by Mike in collaboration with Michele which was an absolute dream, completed within a week. The final hurdle is getting the settlement and move organized but I am sure that if we do need assistance, Mike will be there for us ! We are very grateful to Mike who made this happen, his efforts are greatly appreciated !!

Michele presented herself in a very professional manner. She kept us informed of all developments and encouraged potential buyers to attend the auction. The auctioneer explained the procedure in detail. We found your facilities in Papakura were spacious and comfortable, catering to the needs of all those who attended the auction.
Michele Mathieson
The consummate professional. We would unreservedly recommend Mike and Jo to anyone interested in a special marketing plan for their property. The experience we had was seamless, well informed, and dare we say, enjoyable. Always on time, providing great feedback and quickly identifying tire kickers. We trusted the advice about how to approach the market, and the results came from a well attended auction. Thank you, Paul and Gill.
