From the outset we could tell that the Murphy Team was a very well oiled machine. We had a communication channel set-up day one, and one of the team was always available to respond in a super timely manner. They kept us well informed and involved throughout the whole process. The major highlight for us was the sheer hard work and effort the team put in. We needed to sell our current house in order to buy our next house, and unfortunately a competing bid came in on the house we wanted to purchase. This meant we had an incredibly strict deadline (less than 5 days) in which to sell our house if we wanted to buy the next house we were interested in.
