Mike was lovely when we first met him and he showed us our house. After we won the Auction he made us feel bad that he had to console the people who we outbid which was just the first thing, even though it should have been an exciting time for us, he was more focused on them. The documents were all signed, and then a few days later he asked us to push out our settlement date to a week later, which we couldn't do due to previous arrangements, if we were to push the date out it would have had to have been by an extra 2 weeks as that was the only time we have free. He made us feel terrible for not being able to change the date. He told us he would arrange a time for us to meet the owners and neighbours and tell us everything we needed to know, never happened. the only time we ever heard from him, was when he was trying to cover his own ass for his mess ups. Mike lied to us throughout the entire process and i would never deal with him again.
