This is the second property that Sonya has been my agent. The last one,! was the vendor and this time I am the purchaser. So I have seen her from both sides of the process. Sonya is quite simply the best and I absolutely mean it. When your the purchaser you always have some small doubt or perhaps some of the paper work wasn’t supplied by the vendor but I can honestly say that I knew when I asked Sonya to check something out or get me more detail she reacted very quickly every time.
