Throughout the process we never felt rushed, pressured or like we were being convinced, which was not the experience we had with other agents we dealt with previously. From the outset we could tell that the Murphy Team was a very well oiled machine. We had a communication channel set-up day one, and one of the team was always available to respond in a super timely manner. They kept us well informed and involved throughout the whole process. The major highlight for us was the sheer hard work and effort the team put in. We needed to sell our current house in order to buy our next house, and unfortunately a competing bid came in on the house we wanted to purchase. This meant we had an incredibly strict deadline (less than 5 days) in which to sell our house if we wanted to buy the next house we were interested in. The Murphy Team moved heaven and earth in order to drum up interest and find potential buyers, and thankfully they were able to do this for us. All in all, the team were amazing to deal with. Super communicative, always available and open to questions and helping guide us through the process.

Sandeep was a friendly enthusiatic person to work with from the start of our selling experience right through until settlement, which was achieved within an expected time frame that he had suggested from the initial meeting. We were presented with realistic options and expectations from the start, and his local knowledge and connections in the area we live in were valuable. Sandeep's attention to detail was excellent and enabled us to identify some issues that required correction early on and hence enabled progress through the auction and contract processes. His advice and suggestions on how to achieve these processes were appreciated. Communication at all times was right on the mark, and his input with respect to open homes and marketing could not be faulted. I cannot recommend Paul highly enough. He was the agent for a property I recently purchased, and he was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, guiding me through the offer, conditions, and settlement. This was not a straightforward purchase, and Paul truly went above and beyond. He constantly called to check in and keep me updated. His proactive communication actually saved my purchase. At one point, I was confused about when my 10-day window to satisfy certain conditions began. Paul called to let me know the clock had started. After checking with my lawyer, it turned out Paul was absolutely right. I would have completely missed the opportunity to get a vital building report if it wasn't for Paul's diligence. Paul is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about his clients. If you want an agent who watches your back and ensures nothing falls through the cracks, Paul is the person to go to.
