We first met Ian at a property we were interested in purchasing. The first thing we noticed was that the marketing portrayed the property for exactly how it was. After looking at the ad online then visiting, it was as though we had already been there. This is a quality we have found to be rare. There were some obstacles to deal with in the process. During this time it was obvious if there was work to be done for either party Ian was going to put the effort into getting it done even though we were unsuccessful. Once we employed Ian to selling our property he was very confident in his methods. With the relationship we had it was not difficult to put our trust in him. After 4 days of being on the market we had a pre auction offer that could not be refused. To our delight the auction carried forward and with another interested party owning the house. As far as selling your home goes this put as little stress/ strain on our family as I could have imagined and a great result as the purchasers were also over the moon. Thanks Ian.
